Training Portal Update

The Medi-Cal Dental provider training portal is currently down as we are transitioning to a new system. Starting May 13, 2024, you can access the new Medi-Cal Dental provider training portal at DBO (ca.gov). The new system will require a new registration for all providers. Please follow the “Provider Training and User Guide” to complete a new registration.

Disaster Assistance: Winter Storms

The Department of Health Care Services will allow member and provider processing exceptions to expedite the replacement of removable dental appliances for those impacted by the winter storms in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura County, California. If you are impacted by these storms, please call the Provider Telephone Service Center at 1-800-423-0507 for more information about replacement of dental appliances.
